Return Policy

• Call or email first to be sure you get an RMA Number for any return.
• We aim to please and work to be as flexible as possible with returns.
• If you would like an RMA, Please email Customer Service or Quality Math Products Email.
  • Please make sure to include
    Name
    The invoice number of the original shipment
    Original packaging material, manuals and contents.
• Original shipping fees are not refunded. We reserve the right to retian actual shipping and handling fees which may be more than our current flat rate charges.

• Purchase Orders

  Accepted from United States Accredited schools, and United States Government Agencies.
• Purchase orders MUST be mailed to us. We do not accept telephone or faxed Purchase Orders.
• We only accept purchase orders on official school formats that use assigned purchase order numbers. No letterhead or blank head POs please.
• The purchase order must have a authorized signature of a school or government official.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order.
• All sales are final.

All sales are final. All prices are in US currency. Payments are due in 30 days of the receipt of your invoice. Past due accounts are subject to a 1.5% per month, 18% per anuum finance charge. All collection costs due to delinquency, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs shall be added to the amount already owed by the purchasing school.
