Shipping and Returns – FAQ

We aim to have your order packed and ready to go the same day you order.
International, AK, HI, Mil and US Affiliates – please specify and we will email you with actual shipping and packing costs.
Delivery:

• Regular US: May typically takes one to five business days.
• Expedited US: 2 to 6 business days.
• Outside US may take 1-3 weeks or 3 to 6 weeks unless delayed by customs.
• Next Day Air: 1 business day (Call first)
• 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (Call first)
• International Standards: Time will depend on your location and rules in your area.Returns:
  • We accept unused, unopened returns up to 14 days after your receipt of your order.
  • We reserve the right to withhold exact shipping fees on orders where actual fees exceeded our flat rates or free-shipping specials.
  • Any items MUST be in resaleable condition to receive a refund.
  • Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA) from Customer Service. Please email Customer Service at: Service@QualityMathProducts.com for a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Include your name and the invoice number of the original shipment for best results.
  • Reseal and ship the package carefully in the original condition received. This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
